Scallop Satisfaction

Well, apparently it is scallop season in Florida and scallops are the perfect complement to my #1 food: bacon! A little soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and crushed red pepper made for a kickin’ marinade. Insert a little GrillMaster Mojo and the rest is history. Check out the satisfied crowd:
